2022 Merlot

Our sensual mistress makes her debut and we are smitten!  Screw Sideways; Merlot is a Grande Dame when grown in the right place.  Coiled has never been afraid to champion a great grape and I am thrilled to now have a contract for this Merlot.

Descriptors:  Dark cherry, bittersweet chocolate, Oregon Ponderosa (Lauren), leather shop in Big Fork Montana (Kelly), Gone, I need more (Mel), French kiss with a cowboy twist (me).

Vineyards: Skyline Block 13, Snake River Valley

Barrel aged 17 months, French oak. 35% new.
